High pressure has its place, but a lot of Gold Coast surfaces need a softer touch. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution to lift grime and kill mould without forcing water and damage into the surface. Here is where that care makes the difference.

Render, painted exteriors, fibre cement and timber are easily scarred by high pressure. We clean them with low pressure and a treatment that does the work instead, so the surface comes up fresh and stays intact.

Blasting mould off only shifts what you can see. Our solutions treat the growth at the root, so the surface stays cleaner for far longer rather than greening over again after the next wet spell.

Older or brittle roof tiles can crack under heavy pressure. We soft wash roofs that need a gentle hand, and step up to 3500 PSI only on sound roofs being prepared for a restoration or recoat.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to clean hard surfaces like concrete driveways, paths and hardstand. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to safely clean delicate surfaces like render, paint and roof tiles. The trick is knowing which surface needs which, and that judgement is exactly what we bring to every job.

Will pressure washing damage my render, paint or roof?

It can if the wrong pressure is used, which is exactly why we soft wash anything delicate. Render, painted surfaces and older roof tiles are cleaned with low pressure and a treatment rather than a high-pressure blast, so they come up clean without scarring, stripping or cracking.

Do you offer house washing on the Gold Coast?

Yes. House washing is one of our most requested services. We soft wash render, painted weatherboard, fibre cement and eaves to lift mould, salt and grime, leaving the exterior fresh without forcing water or damage into the surface.

Can you clean my roof?

Yes, with the right method for the roof. Older or brittle tiles are soft washed to avoid cracking, while sound roofs being prepared for a recoat are cleaned at up to 3500 PSI. If your roof needs more than a clean, we also handle full roof restoration.

Do you remove graffiti?

Yes. We remove graffiti from walls, fences and commercial surfaces, matching the method to the surface so we lift the paint without damaging what is underneath wherever possible.

Can you get oil or rust stains out of my driveway?

We will always improve the look of a driveway, but we are upfront that deep oil, rust and tannin stains can be permanent, and we do not offer stain removal as a standalone guarantee. A wash lifts mould, grime and surface staining, and if a driveway needs more we can talk through concrete resurfacing.

What happens to the dirty water and runoff?

We take runoff seriously. Where needed we use sandbags and barriers to contain the water, keep it clear of stormwater drains, and protect surrounding gardens and surfaces. It matters most on commercial and strata sites, where containment is part of doing the job responsibly.
